How can we play in the US Open?

Jess is out. He says the scoring doesn't make sense and that is why only 4 people are playing. Cheesh, a little harsh I think. It may have been a combination of beer and a bad round of golf...a 40 with two doubles.

He's kind of right but to do it the old way just isn't possible. Back when it was 500,000 for Tiger and 400,000 for Phil and 50,000 for Bruce Smith and you only had 1,000,000 to spend. We make do with what we've got though. I'll update the site later today. Grades are due.

I think the scoring is just right. we put as much emphasis on position finish as the PGA. This is fantasy that makes sense. Go Newman Fantasy GOlf.

Whoa, just noticed Duval. Rule change: Pick duval and get triple word score.

Ehem...and WHEN are we going to update the HIGHEST ONE WEEK POINT TOTAL EVER IN THE HISTORY OF THE WRITTEN LANGUAGE category?

"Gee, Mr. Johnson...maybe I'll get MY name up in lights...just like you!"

Josh wins prize for most out-on-a-limb picks.

and speaking of updates, anybody remember my -12 on the stoke park game?

im sorry my comment to allan came out wrong, the scoring is boaring or to simple. in all other fantasy leauges ive been part off you pick from the team you drafted not the entire feild. and your team plays another person in your leauge. if your players do better than the other teams players you win. watching everyone pick tiger each week well.....we all know how i feel about tiger...it sucks. so if the scoring system was more exciting there would be more people playing. i think fantasy golf could be fun. sorry to piss anyone off.

word.
josh and I started this league because we played in a great league where you had a draft and you either played or benched players. you made trades, cut players, picked up players on waivers and etc. Then they started charging for the league. we don't have the technical/ mathematical savvy to run a "real" fantasy league. this is what we came up with.

Dave and I were thinking we should list players by full name or at least first initial included. Too many johnsons, wilsons, and smiths.

I'm confused. Don't I?
